We’re just a couple of minutes from M1 Junction 26, making us easily accessible from across the Midlands and beyond. Well connected by major roads and public transport — and we’ve got parking on-site.

If your apprentice is travelling from further afield, there are plenty of local accommodation options nearby. Including: Premier Inn Nottingham West , DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham, Travelodge Nottingham Trowell — all within 10–15 minutes.

That’s what off-the-job training is for. We support the apprentice’s progress and reduce your overhead with structured plans and check-ins.
We handle enrolment, funding, reviews, compliance, and digital training records. You just give them a real job — we do the rest.
Apprentices often stay longer than external hires. You train them in your way of working — and that investment builds loyalty.
Most apprentices start contributing within weeks — helping on installs, prepping pipework, or shadowing maintenance. By Month 3, they’re part of the team.
Training is 95% funded. You just pay the wage — which you set — and even that can be covered by grants or incentive schemes.
We screen candidates carefully and prepare them before they arrive. You’ll only meet people who are ready for work — and we support their behaviour and mindset too.
